| Building Permit Application | A Building Permit Application is required for any persons, authorized agent, or business wishing to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure. A building permit is also required to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert, or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing system or cause any such work to be done. | Peddlers & Solicitors License | A peddler is a canvasser, solicitor or traveling vendor who goes from house to house or street to street selling goods or merchandise he carries with him and all vendors require a license in the Town of Mead.
