Name Description
Business License Application Business licenses are required for all businesses located within the Town of Mead and businesses that provide services within the town. For more information, visit the Business License page.
Building Permit Application A Building Permit Application is required for any persons, authorized agent, or business wishing to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure. A building permit is also required to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert, or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing system or cause any such work to be done. Home Occupation Affidavit All home-based businesses require a permit. Visit the Business License page for more information.
Peddlers & Solicitors License A peddler is a canvasser, solicitor or traveling vendor who goes from house to house or street to street selling goods or merchandise he carries with him and all vendors require a license in the Town of Mead. Pet License Application  The Town of Mead requires dogs and cats to be licensed. For more information, visit Code Enforcement.

Sewer Utility Request for Final and Change of Ownership Form  To request a Final Bill or Change of Ownership, please fill out the request form and then return it to Town Hall or email by clicking here. For more information, visit the Utilities page.
