Message from Town Manager Helen Migchelbrink
As Town Manager, I am proud to support the Board of Trustees’ 2026 priorities, which guide our daily work and long-term planning. These focus areas reflect the values of our community and help ensure Mead continues to grow thoughtfully while maintaining the high quality of life our residents expect.
Our priorities include responsible growth, fostering a connected community, maintaining public safety, ensuring fiscal stability, and investing in reliable infrastructure. Together, these priorities shape the decisions we make and the services we provide as we work toward a strong and sustainable future for Mead.
Below, discover key accomplishments from 2025 and a look ahead to our goals for 2026. One of my greatest joys as Town Manager is seeing our community’s passion for the services we deliver, the challenges we address, and the commitment to meeting local needs. These values resonate strongly as I reflect on what we have achieved over the past year.
