- The Finance Department facilitates interaction among the Mayor, Town Board, Town Manager, and other Town department heads and keeps them informed of the financial condition of the Town via monthly financial statements and the annual audit. The Treasurer oversees all financial functions of the Town, including Accounting, Budget, Utility Billing, Payroll, and Annual Audit. It also is primarily responsible for administering the Town’s Human Resource function.
