Mead After-Hours: Summer Social

-

The Town of Mead is excited to launch Mead After-Hours, a new signature summer event series designed to bring the community together through interactive activities, live entertainment, and family-friendly fun. This reimagined format replaces the previous Rockin’ N Reelin’ series with a more engaging, experience-driven evening focused on connection, activity, and memorable moments for all ages.

Join us on June 26 from 6–9 p.m. at Mead Town Park for an energetic summer night filled with something for everyone. The Mead Area Chamber of Commerce will host a cornhole tournament featuring both pre-registration and walk-up brackets, along with adult beverages. Food trucks will be on-site throughout the event, offering a wide variety of dining options.

Families will find plenty to enjoy in the dedicated activity zone hosted by Grandview Church, featuring a bounce house, obstacle course, popcorn, lemonade, and snow cones. Guests can also enjoy a variety of lawn games, activities, and volleyball throughout the evening.

The night will feature live music from Hazel Miller, performing from 7–9 p.m. and bringing an upbeat, high-energy finish to the event.

Mead After-Hours: Summer Social is a fresh take on summer fun, designed to create meaningful community connections through memorable shared experiences.
