The Mead Police Department values feedback from the community. If you would like to recognize a Mead police officer or staff member for outstanding service, we encourage you to submit a compliment so we can formally acknowledge their efforts. If you have a complaint or concern regarding an interaction with a Mead Police Department employee, please let us know so we can review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.
This form is for Mead Police Department compliments and complaints only. To report a code enforcement concern, please use the separate Code Complaint Form.
Please note: The Compliment/Complaint Form is hosted on an external platform. By selecting the form link, you will leave the Town of Mead website.
