Friendly Fork – Senior Lunch Program
The Senior Lunch Program, also known as the Friendly Fork, serves healthy and tasty lunches to older adults at 22 locations across Weld County. Many meal sites offer activities before or after lunch to connect with others and enjoy social time.

Cost: No one is denied a meal if they are unable to contribute. A suggested donation is requested to help support the program and is posted at all locations. Each meal provides about one-third of daily nutrient needs.

Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels of Greeley and Weld County delivers hot, nutritious meals prepared by a registered dietitian. Delivery is available Monday through Friday, 10:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m., with frozen meals available on weekends. Volunteers provide friendly visits and safety checks.

Senior Feeding Program
The Senior Feeding Program serves seniors 60 and older with USDA Everyday Eats monthly food packages, which include milk, fruit, vegetables, juice, cereal, and additional perishable items.
