Town's 2023 accomplishments and goals for 2024

Please see the following message from Town Manager Helen Migchelbrink, outlining significant accomplishments from 2023, as well as a handful of the goals for 2024:

One of my favorite things about serving as town manager of Mead is how passionate our community is about the services we provide, the issues we tackle, and the importance of being responsive to local needs. These themes surface repeatedly as I review on the past year's accomplishments.

We strive for alignment within our critical initiatives of responsible growth, reliable infrastructure, public safety, fiscal stability, and connected community in all we do. As we transition into a new year, I’m eager to get to work on the following strategic goals identified by the Board of Trustees and town staff:
